About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 and recognition No. 943 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 916; 2015, No. 94, Art. 3206; 2017, No. 2, the Art. 41) changes which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 943 "Some questions of implementation of payment of medicines and medical products with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 94, the Art. 3206).
