About introduction amendment and the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 3, 2014 No. 355

Bring in the Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts, regulatory legal acts of obligatory nature of the ministries, state committees, other state bodies, local authorities of the government, self-government institutions of settlements and villages and their projects, interdepartmental anti-corruption project evaluation of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 3, 2014, No. 355 "About the Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts, regulatory legal acts of obligatory nature of the ministries, state committees, other state bodies, local authorities of the government, self-government institutions of settlements and villages and their projects, interdepartmental anti-corruption project evaluation of regulatory legal acts", the following amendments:

- 12, 17 and 20 after the words "carrying out", "Conclusion", "process", "carry out", "passed", "carries out" and "conclusion" to add Items respectively with words "state" and "state";

- to add Item 13 after the word "carrying out" with the word "state".
