About entering of amendments into the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 78, 5/34078; 2012, No. 10, 5/35116), following amendments:
add item 4 with subitem 4.41-1 of the following content:
"4.41-1. determines procedure for liming of acid soils of farmlands;";
to add subitem 5.1 of Item 5 with the words "in the form of resolutions";
add Item 8 with subitem 8.5-1 of the following content:
"8.5-1. within the competence issues orders and signs resolutions;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for the paragraph of the fourth Item 1, becoming effective since February 1, 2019.
