1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" the following changes:
1.1. in the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution:
86, 97 and 106 to exclude Items;
state Item 106-8 in the following edition:
"106-8. Republican unitary enterprise "Central Research Laboratory".";
1.2. from the list of economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and Items 3, of 6, of 8, of 10, of 24, of 30, of 35, of 37, 50 and 54 are transferred to the control the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
