Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2003 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 8, Art. 466; 2013, No. 7, Art. 534) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:
