About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fight against corruption"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 25, 2005 "About fight against corruption" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2005, No. 7, Art. 402; 2007, No. 7, Art. 660; 2008, No. 10, Art. 800; 2011, No. 12, Art. 837; 2014, No. 3, Art. 148; 2017, Art. No. 1-2, 8, Art. 9, h 1, No. 5, Art. 297) following change and amendment:

1. Add Article 1 with paragraphs the ninth, tenth and eleventh the following content:

"-conflict of interest - situation of personal interest of subjects of the offenses connected with corruption or persons equated to them which can exert impact on accomplishment of service duties and in case of decision making, to become damnification occasion to interests of citizens, the organizations, state bodies, societies or the states;

- state interest - the interest of the state and society performed by adoption of impartial and legal decisions by subjects of the offenses connected with corruption or persons equated to them in case of accomplishment of the job responsibilities;

- personal interest - any material and non-material interest received by subjects of the offenses connected with corruption, or the persons equated to them, or aiming to receive for the purpose of satisfaction of the personal needs or the third parties as a result of making of action or failure to act in the relations with close, other physical persons or legal entities, political parties, or the international organizations".

2. State Article 8 in the following edition:
