About introduction of amendments to the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Single Article. - In the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Subitems c) and d) parts (Article 14 to state 2) in the following edition:

"c) resolves the issues concerning transactions on property management, belonging to the public sphere according to the village (commune), the city (municipium), and also to public services of local value according to the law;

d) resolves the issues concerning transactions on management or the order of the property relating to the private sphere according to the village (commune), the city (municipium) according to the law;".

2. Part (Article 29 to add 1) with the subitem and / 1) of the following content:

"and / 1) makes based on the decision of local council and according to the law of the transaction on management or the order of the property relating to the public or private sphere of the respective village (commune), the city (municipium);".

3. Subitems d) and e) parts (Article 43 to state 1) in the following edition:

"d) makes according to the law the decisions concerning transactions on property management of the area relating to the public sphere and also public services of district value;";

"e) makes according to the law the decisions concerning transactions on management or the order of the property of the area relating to the private sphere;".

4. Part (Article 53 to add 1) with the subitem and / 1) of the following content:

"and / 1) makes based on the decision of regional council and according to the law of the transaction on management or the order of the property relating to the public or private sphere of the respective area;".

5. State Article 77 in the following edition:
