About approval of the Regulations on measuring system of nuclear materials

According to the Regulations on the state system of accounting and control of nuclear materials approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.12.96 of N 1525, for the purpose of ensuring regulation of activities in the field of accounting and control of nuclear materials I ORDER:

1. Approve and enact from 01.07.2006 Regulations on measuring system of nuclear materials which are applied.

2. To the head of department of guarantees and Lopatina S. D. to ensure safety of transportations provision of this order in five-day time after approval on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. In two-month time after state registration of the order to provide to the director of the State company of GNTTs YaRB Vasilchenko V. M. its replication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman - the Chief state nuclear safety inspector Demyanenko A. I.

Regulations on measuring system of nuclear materials

This Provision is developed according to the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", the Agreement between Ukraine and International Atomic Energy Agency on application of guarantees in connection with the Agreement on neraspostraneniya of nuclear weapon and the Regulations on the state system of accounting and control of nuclear materials approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.12.96 of N1525.
