About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 189, 5/24215; 2008, No. 15, 5/26598; No. 248, 5/28486; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.11. 2012, 5/36501; 12:07. 2014, 5/39091; 13:08. 2016, 5/42465) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure and the directions of use of means of funds of precautionary (preventive) actions for types of voluntary insurance approved by this resolution:
the first offer of Item 3 to state in the following edition:
"3. Funds of precautionary (preventive) actions are created by insurers in Belarusian rubles due to monthly assignments from the arrived insurance premiums by each type of voluntary insurance depending on amount of the used means of these funds in sizes according to appendix.";
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Financing of the actions directed to decrease in possible losses by types of voluntary insurance is performed by the insurer according to the plan of the prevention of insured events approved by the insurer.
Upon termination of financial year the insurer shall provide to the Ministry of Finance:
the report on accomplishment of this Item of the plan and on use of means of single fund specified in part one;
