About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine that privileges and subsidies for payment of housing and communal services are provided taking into account the agreements signed before enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of November 9, 2017 No. 2189-VIII "About housing and communal services".
3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations with the assistance of local government bodies carrying out information and explanatory work among the population about changes of procedure for provision of housing subsidies.
4. To provide to the ministry of infrastructure together with Ukrpochta joint-stock company based on data on the receivers of housing subsidy received from the Ministry of social policy production and delivery of personal notifications on provision of housing subsidy in cash form. Production and delivery of the specified notifications are performed according to the agreement signed by Ukrpochta joint-stock company with the Ministry of social policy at the expense of the means provided in the government budget for payment of privileges and housing subsidies to citizens for payment of housing and communal services in cash.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since February 1, 2019.
