1. In the subitem "i" of Item 3.2 of the Regulations on procedure for liquidation of banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 9, 1998 No. 240 (рег. No. 626 of February 11, 1999) shall be replaced with words the words "and to terrorism financing" to "financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
