About approval of the Procedure for carrying out settlement on debt repayment of the companies of fuel and energy complex and other participants of calculations
According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the actions aimed at providing stable functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out settlement on debt repayment of the companies of fuel and energy complex and other participants of calculations which is applied.
2. Determine that:
the companies which are entered in the Register of the companies of fuel and energy complex and participate in the procedure of repayment creditor and receivables, submit after entry into force of this resolution to settlement center of the wholesale supplier of electrical energy information provided by the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Procedure approved by this resolution in a month;
authorized bank which services current accounts with the special mode of use of participants of the calculations intended only for carrying out cash calculations for debt repayment in the course of carrying out settlement according to noted Procedure is the bank, authorized to perform servicing of current accounts with the special mode of use of participants of the wholesale market of electrical energy.
