1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 1998 No. 3985 "About formation of Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
4, 7 and 19 to state Items respectively in the following edition:
"4. Working body of Council is the Committee on investments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - working body of Council).";
"7.
