About approval of the Procedure for confirmation of debt which arose owing to incomplete calculations for energy carriers

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About measures, aimed at providing permanent functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of debt which arose owing to incomplete calculations for energy carriers it (is applied).

2. Determine that commissions of experts on debt repayment which arose owing to incomplete calculations for energy carriers are formed in ten-day time after entry into force of this resolution at the state companies and in economic societies in which authorized capitals the share of the state constitutes more than 50 percent, according to the Procedure approved by this resolution.

Procedure for confirmation of debt which arose owing to incomplete calculations for energy carriers

General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of confirmation of the amounts of receivables and payables of participants of calculations which is subject to repayment on the conditions established by the Law of Ukraine "About the measures aimed at providing permanent functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex" (further - the Law).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the values given in the Law.
