About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to introduce in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation drafts of lists of the federal state unitary enterprises, federal state institutions and federal autonomous institutions concerning which appointment (approval) of the head, release it from position and payment of remuneration to it following the results of work in year are performed with the consent of Deputy Prime Ministers of Russia to whose duties coordination of work of the corresponding federal executive bodies belongs.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation to introduce in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the list of the federal state institutions which are under authority of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation concerning which appointment of the head, release it from position and payment of remuneration to it following the results of work in year are performed with the consent of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia to whose duties coordination of work of federal executive bodies concerning state policy in the field of social insurance belongs.

4. To federal executive bodies, Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation for the solution of the personnel problems provided by this resolution to provide the direction in the Government of the Russian Federation of representation, the copies of the documents containing personal data of candidates for positions of heads of the companies and organizations, specified in Items 2 and 3 of this resolution, and other materials necessary for execution of this resolution.
