2. To executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates in the territory of which the settlement, the city district carried according to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation to price zone of heat supply is located before the end of transition period to review the regulations established for the corresponding period regulated prices (rates) for the hot water delivered by the single heatsupplying organizations to consumers with use of open systems of heat supply (hot water supply) according to Item 124 of the Bases of pricing in the field of heat supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" using such prices (rates) for hot water from the date of entry into force of the decision on approval of limit of the price of heat energy (capacity).
