Part 2.8 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2.8. Copies of the technical data sheets specified in part 2.1 of this Article, to estimative and other documentation (registration books, registers, documents of title and to that similar) and the information containing in them is provided free of charge:

1) at the request of body of registration of the rights within three working days from the date of receipt of such request;

2) at the request of other public authority or local government body within five working days from the date of receipt of such request.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
