Bring in the Procedure for delivery of health care to the suffering from tuberculosis persons detained, or containing in organizations of execution of punishments, No. 205 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2014 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 53, Art. 1405; 2017, No. 38, the Art. 1204), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3 of the word "interregional managements concerning execution of criminal penalties and probation of Ministry of Justice" shall be replaced with words "Public institution" the center of health protection of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine".
2. In Item 5:
Paragraph one after words of "pre-trial detention centers" to add 1) with the word of "specialized";
Word in paragraph three "medical parts of pre-trial detention centers" shall be replaced with words 2) "the departmental healthcare institutions located in the territory of pre-trial detention centers".
3. To add Item 11 after words of "TB facilities" with words ", departmental healthcare institutions".
