About modification of some regulatory legal acts concerning transportation of dangerous goods
According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About transportation of dangerous goods", to the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the European agreement on the international road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG)", article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic", for the purpose of elimination of social tension among carriers of dangerous goods road transport I ORDER:
1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2018 for No. 1041/32493, to add the Section IV of Rules of road transportation of the dangerous goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 4, 2018 No. 656, with new Item of the following content:
"10. The tanks, reservoirs listed in Items 8, 9 these Sections which have no corrosion-resistant plate and the certificate on primary, additional, recurring or unscheduled inspection are allowed to internal transportation of dangerous goods till June 1, 2019.".
2. Make to the section II of the Procedure for issue and the execution of certificates on the admission of vehicles to transportation of certain dangerous goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 4, 2018 No. 656, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2018 for No. 1042/32494, the following changes:
1) Item 1 after words of "Rules of transportation of dangerous goods" to add with words "No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 04, 2018 656, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2018 for No. 1042/32494 (further - Rules of road transportation of dangerous goods)";
