About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer crediting"

Article 1. ZR-122-N "About consumer crediting" (further - the Law) to declare Item 5 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 17, 2008 invalid, and to state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:
"3) on agreements on the room mortgage lending provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About room mortgage lending", except as specified, provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About room mortgage lending";
4) on leases, except as specified, when these agreements provide that the property right concerning object of lease will pass to the lessee.".
Article 2. "This Law" to add part 1 of article 20 of the Law after words with the words "or other legal acts adopted on its basis".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in year after its official publication.
