About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public biddings"

Article 1. ZR-15-N "About the public biddings" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 8, 2003 with Item 12 of the following content:

"12) lot price payment procedure the participant who won auction if he is tax agent.".

Article 2. To add the first paragraph of part 2 of article 35 of the Law with new offers of the following content: "In the next auctions the starting price of lot does not fall if the tenth compulsory auction did not take place if the debtor has other property and if the debtor has no other property, then in the next auctions the starting price of lot does not fall if the twentieth compulsory auction did not take place. If the tenth compulsory auction did not take place, on compulsory auction also other property belonging to the debtor is represented.".

Article 3. In article 35.1 of the Law:

Part 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. The public notification on compulsory electronic auction is published on the website in ten-day time after the proper notice of the debtor and the claimant about the decision of the forced contractor on holding compulsory electronic auction, in working hours, and shall contain the data established by Items 1-9 and 12 of part 1 of article 8 of this Law.";

2) part 4 to recognize invalid.
