About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public biddings"

Article 1. ZR-15-N "About the public biddings" (further - the Law) after paragraph 15 to add article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 8, 2003 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"the website about the real estate which is instrument for ensuring of the credits (mortgage subject) and subject to realization - the website containing the complete information about the real estate which is instrument for ensuring of the credits (mortgage subject) and subject to realization, established by the decision of council of the Central bank.".
Article 2. To add the first paragraph of part 2 of article 5 of the Law after the words "on the website" with words ", except for public notifications on auction of the real estate which is instrument for ensuring of the loans (mortgage subject) granted by the financial organizations and the subject realization which are considered as the published electronic means if are posted on the website about the real estate which is instrument for ensuring of the credits (mortgage subject) and subject to realization".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in year after its official publication.
