Recognize invalid paragraphs the third and fourth item 4 of changes which are made to Rules of implementation of migration registration of the foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2013 No. 19 "About modification of Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 4, the Art. 291).
