About modification of the Procedure for decision making about determination of operators of information and telecommunication systems (networks) of National system of confidential communication

According to the subitem 7 of Item 14 of the Regulations on structure of National system of confidential communication and conditions of its use for safety of the exchange of information approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 14, 2015 No. 303, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for decision making about determination of operators of information and telecommunication systems (networks) of National system of confidential communication approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of May 23, 2016 No. 346, registered on August 05, 2016 for No. 1097/29227, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of special communication of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Gosspetssvyaz according to distribution of functional obligations.
