About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About weapon"

Article 1. "About weapon" (further - the Law) to state subitems "a", "v" and "g" of Item 1 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 3, 1998 to ZR-246 in the following edition:

"a) fire smooth-bore long-barreled weapon, including firearms with the cartridges meeting the standards of traumatic action established by authorized body of public administration in the field of health care of the Republic of Armenia (authorized body in the field of health care);

c) gas weapon - the gas guns loaded with tear gas or the irritating substances (including the drum revolver), allowed for use by authorized body in the field of health care, their cartridges, mechanical sprayers, aerosol and other devices;

d) the stun guns and spark rated sportsmen conforming to requirements of authorized body of standardization, metrology and certification of the Republic of Armenia (further - authorized body of standardization, metrology and certification and to the regulations established by authorized body in the field of health care.".

Article 2. To exclude from part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the word "republican executive".

Article 3. In article 6 of the Law of the word of "republican body of health care" shall be replaced with words "authorized body in the field of health care", and the word of "republican body of standardization, metrology and certification" - words of "authorized body of standardization, metrology and certification".

Article 4. In article 8 of the Law of the word "republican body of standardization, metrology and certification" shall be replaced with words "authorized body of standardization, metrology and certification".
