Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing, No. 587 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 2005 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 29, Art. 1710; 2012, No. 27, Art. 1014; 2017, No. 59, Art. 1801; 2018, No. 22, the Art. 726), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2018 No. 1195, changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing

1. In Item 5:

Paragraph one to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. Budgetary funds are provided to subjects of managing which are engaged in wine growing, gardening and hop-growing (further - subjects of managing), for partial compensation of cost (without tax amounts on value added) constructions, the acquired fixed assets and goods, the performed works and the received services current budget year (further - compensation of costs) in the following directions:";
