For the purpose of further enhancement of system of financial accounting and the reporting in the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides creations of necessary conditions for further development of international backgrounds:

2. Determine that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan provides development and approval of the regulating documents following from requirements of International accounting standards

3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan at the scheduled time step-by-step development and deployment of new national standards of accounting (financial) records, chart of accounts, comments to them, to bring to relevant organs and to provide control of observance of requirements of International accounting standards.

4. To the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan since 2003-2004 academic years to add curricula of the highest and average special educational institutions (irrespective of departmental subordination) which are engaged in training in "Financial accounting and audit" disciplines "Financial accounting", "International Financial Reporting Standards" and "International standards of auditor activities".
