About approval of the State program of development and implementation of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve the State program of development and implementation of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. To the ministries and departments, the companies irrespective of patterns of ownership based on the State program of development and implementation of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan to develop departmental development programs and implementations of information and communication technologies and to provide their realization at the expense of general funds according to the estimate of the ministries and departments, companies for the next financial year, non-budgetary sources, the credits, investments and grants.

3. To assign coordination of the course of implementation of the State program of development and implementation of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan to the Communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tajikistan supervising this industry.

Main objective of the Program is creation of conditions for increase in efficiency of functioning of economy, public authorities and local executive bodies of the government by implementation and mass distribution of information and communication technologies (further - ICT).

- providing the rights of all categories of economic actors to open entry to information - obtaining, transfer, production and its distribution;

Basic principles of forming and program implementation:

- the firmware of information systems and networks arrives from different developers and producers, and as a result, has no the unified technological basis, is not approved on data exchange formats, has no single qualifiers and actually is not ready for integration and joint use;
