The paragraph of the eighth of Item 3.8-2 of the Instruction for determination of customs value of the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 10, 1997 No. 05/8-374 (рег. to No. 390 of January 13, 1998) to state in the following edition:
"In the absence of the account the method 1 is not applied and customs value is determined by other methods.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
