About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning registration and accounting of chemical products

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some orders of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2015 No. 520 "About approval of the standard of the state service "Registration and Accounting of Chemical Products" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11367, published on August 14, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

in the standard of the state service "Registration and Accounting of Chemical Products" approved by the specified order:

second and third item 4 to state part in the following edition:

"The service provider within 2 (two) working days from the moment of receipt of documents checks completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of factual determination of incompleteness of the submitted documents, the service provider within the specified terms gives written motivated refusal in further review of the statement.";

to state part one of Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Result of rendering the state service - the registration certificate of chemical products (further - the certificate), or the written motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases, the stipulated in Item 9-1 this standard of the state service.";

add with Item 9-1 of the following content:

"9-1. The refusal bases in rendering the state service are:

1) establishment of unauthenticity of the documents submitted by uslugopoluchatel for receipt of the state service, and (or) these (data) containing in them;
