1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance and State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation of the personalized accounting of accrued payroll necessary for calculation of pensions of citizens (further - the Register of accounting of accrued payroll) based on the electronic Centralized register of individual accounting of the assessed insurance premiums of citizens in the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Determine that on January 1, 2019 the data on the amounts of accrued payrolls necessary for calculation of pensions of citizens, by each physical person are represented by employers in accordance with the established procedure to tax authorities as a part of tax statements on the income tax of physical persons electronically.

3. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan till February 10, 2019 to make the changes in the software on maintaining the Centralized electronic register of individual accounting of the assessed insurance premiums of citizens in the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing maintaining the Register of the accounting of accrued payroll necessary for calculation of pension of citizens and also to implement it in the single integrated information resource base of tax authorities;

develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the centralized electronic register of the personalized accounting of accrued payroll necessary for calculation of pension of citizens;
