Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:
in Item 1 of Article 50:
a) state subitem 1 in the following edition:
"1) to provide use of the agricultural holdings which are in private property for production of agricultural products without transfer (transformation) from one type of grounds in another;";
b) add Item with subitem 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1) to provide use of lands of the State fund of the agricultural holdings and lands which are in the state-owned and municipal property according to purpose and conditions of their provision;";
c) add Item with subitem 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1) for cultivation of long-term fruit plantings on the irrigated ploughland to receive the consent of owners of the adjacent parcels of land according to the procedure and for term, established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following change:
add Article 337 with part of 4-1 following content:
"4-1. Base rates of the land tax for use of lands without transfer (transformation) from one type in another are established on the base rates provided by part of 1 this Article, applied for basic (specified in documents of title) of type of agricultural holdings of the respective area.".
