1. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- stop since July 1, 2019 documents acceptance on issue of the insert in the certificate of birth confirming availability at the child of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic and also its issue;

- carry out information and explanatory work among the population about the termination since July 1, 2019 of issue of the inserts in the certificate of birth confirming availability at the child of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that:

- all-civil passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the Instruction about procedure for documents acceptance, registration, production (personification), accounting, issue and destruction of the ID card - passports of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2017 (ID card) and the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2006 approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 21, 2017 No. 238 are issued to persons which did not reach 16-year age instead of the inserts in the certificate of birth confirming availability at the child of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic;
