About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About seeds"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About seeds" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 6, the Art. 231) the following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Activities for production of seeds in the Kyrgyz Republic are performed by the managing directors coordinating and executive bodies. b) the paragraph one of item 4 to state in the following edition:

"4. Executive bodies are authorized body in the field of certification of seeds, landing material, testing and registration of grades, and also the subjects having powers on activities implementation:";

2) in Article 4:

a) in paragraph three of Item 1 of the word "on it body for testing of plant varieties" shall be replaced with words "body in the field of certification of seeds, landing material, testing and registration of grades";

b) the fifth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The procedure for issue of the document on high-quality and sowing qualities of seeds is established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

c) to state the subitem "v" of Item 5 in the following edition:

"availability of sample of seeds of grade in authorized body in the field of certification of seeds, landing material, testing and registration of grades.";

d) in Item 6 of the word "body for testing of plant varieties" shall be replaced with words "authorized body in the field of certification of seeds, landing material, testing and registration of grades";
