About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1993 No. 637 and of July 16, 2008 No. 654

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1993 No. 637 "About approval of the Procedure for confirmation of the available working life for purpose of pensions in the absence of the service record or the corresponding records in it" (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 12, Art. 273; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 100, the Art. 3447) and of July 16, 2008 No. 654 "About increase in level of provision of pensions of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 54, the Art. 1810) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1993 No. 637 and of July 16, 2008 No. 654

1. According to the procedure of confirmation of the available working life for purpose of pensions in the absence of the service record or the corresponding records in it, No. 637 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1993:

1) in Item 10:

in paragraph one of the word and figure "for the disabled person of the I group, the handicapped child" shall be replaced with words also in figure "behind person with disability of the I group, the child with disability";

in paragraph three of the word and figure of "disabled people of the I group and handicapped children" shall be replaced with words also in figure "persons with disability of the I group and children with disability", and words "aged and handicapped children" - words of "elderly people and children with disability";
