In pursuance of the minutes of the Intergovernmental commission of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic of May 21, 2004 the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Permit to lease 5 (five) hectares of the earth to the Kyrgyz Republic for construction of the highway "Osh-Isfana" in the territory of the city of Isfara of Sughd area.
2. Earth lease term, including use term, the rent, indemnification to land users and losses of agricultural production to provide in the intergovernmental agreement of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Kyrgyz side on this resolution.
