1. Make changes to the Ordering procedure, issues and accounting of registration plates of the vehicles made by the individual order of their owners, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of March 11, 2016 174, registered on April 01, 2016 for No. 494/28624, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
