About entering of amendment and changes into the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Article 21.2 of the following content:
"Article 21.2. Amnesty
1. Person who made administrative offense under the law on amnesty adopted by National assembly can be fully or partially exempted from the administrative responsibility, and person subjected to administrative punishment can be fully or partially exempted both from the basic, and from additional administrative punishment.".
Article 2. In Item 5 of part 1 of article 247 of the Code of the word "publication of the act of amnesty" shall be replaced with words "adoption of law on amnesty".
Article 3. In Item 1 of part 1 of article 301 of the Code of the word "in case of the publication of the act of amnesty" shall be replaced with words "in case of adoption of law on amnesty".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
