About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About geodesy and cartography"

Article 1. In article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 ZR-179 "About geodesy and cartography" (further - the Law):

Heading to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 5. Competence of state body in geodesy and cartography

1) the first offer of the first paragraph to state in the following edition: "State body in the field of geodesy and cartography is the Committee of the inventory of the real estate (further - committee).".

Article 2. To declare the Item of article 6 of the Law invalid and words "authorized body" in the corresponding case forms to replace with the word "committee".

Article 3. In Articles 7-11, 13, 14 and 16 Laws of the word "authorized body" in the corresponding case forms to replace with the word "committee".

Article 4. The first offer of article 15 of the Law to state in the following edition: "Implementation of geodetic and cartographic activities for the purpose of ensuring defense and safety of the Republic of Armenia is realized by committee and authorized body of public administration on defense.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
