Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

"5.34. performs according to the legislation the price regulation (rates) for the construction materials, products, designs, works and services used (which are carried out, rendered) when constructing facilities (except for constructions of highways, bridges and tunnels), financed fully or partially by means republican and (or) local budgets, including the state trust budget funds, and also the state non-budgetary funds, external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the credits of banks of the Republic of Belarus under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus and regional, Minsk city executive committees, and also in case of construction of apartment houses (except for the means of foreign investors financed with use);

5.34-1. establishes in coordination with National Statistical Committee procedure of monitoring of the prices (rates), calculation of price indexes in construction, calculation of price indexes of investments into fixed capital;

5.34-2. together with the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus regional and Minsk city executive committees takes measures for ensuring representation to the organizations for pricing in construction of price information (rates) for carrying out monitoring;";
