Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 "Questions of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 77, of the Art. 2183), having added the subitem 152 after words of "contractual relations with the EU" with words and figures ", performs protection of the rights and interests of Ukraine during consideration of disputes on provisions of the Section IV of the Agreement on association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand, except for of disputes over the questions connected with trade in energy carriers".
