About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, of 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 30, of 35, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of regulation of activities of banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the subitem "e" of Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Section II:

in the paragraph the second to replace the word of "depreciation" with the word of "depreciation";

to add the subitem after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph the fourth the following content:

"assets with right to use which underlying assets are intangible assets minus depreciation amount;";

Item 1.8 of Chapter 1 of the Section III to exclude 2).
