About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to committee of atomic and energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

in Section 1. "To activities for performance of works, the subjects to use of atomic energy connected with stages of lifecycle":

2.	the technological base necessary for accomplishment of the declared works on the property right or other legal causes	form of the data containing information on the technological bases, storages, specialized rooms, laboratories necessary for accomplishment of the declared works according to appendix 11 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy		this Item belongs only to subspecies of activities for operation and conclusion from operation of nuclear installations, storages of radioactive waste

11.	storages for storage and burial of sources of ionizing radiation and radioactive waste on the property right or other legal causes	form of the data containing information on the technological bases, storages, specialized rooms, laboratories necessary for accomplishment of the declared works according to appendix 11 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy		this Item belongs only to subspecies of activities for operation and conclusion from operation of nuclear installations, storages of radioactive waste

18.	control system and accounting of doses of radiation of personnel of the applicant	form of the data containing information on providing personnel with individual radiation control according to appendix 4 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy		this Item belongs only to subspecies of activities for operation and conclusion from operation of nuclear installations, storages of radioactive waste. The contract for conducting individual radiation control of personnel is signed with the physical person or legal entity having the corresponding license in the field of use of atomic energy

1.	the specialized rooms necessary for accomplishment of the declared works on the property right or other legal causes	form of the data containing information on the technological bases, storages, specialized rooms, laboratories necessary for accomplishment of the declared works according to appendix 11 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy		accomplishment of this Item is not required if the applicant carries out works in the territory of the customer and for subspecies of sales activity of the radioactive materials, devices and installations containing radioactive materials
			";

4.	ensuring production radiation supervision on workplaces	form of the data containing information on the service provision agreement with the physical person or legal entity having the corresponding license in the field of use of atomic energy according to appendix 7 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy; or in case of availability of own service of radiation control: copy of the plan of carrying out radiation control and last protocol of carrying out radiation control; copies of certificates of checking of devices of radiation control		accomplishment of this Item is not required if the applicant is not owner and/or the asset holder of the radioactive materials, devices and installations containing radioactive materials and for subspecies of sales activity of the radioactive materials, devices and installations containing radioactive materials
			";

6, to state line, sequence number in the following edition:

6.	control system and accounting of doses of radiation of personnel of the applicant	form of the data containing information on providing personnel with individual radiation control according to appendix 4 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy		accomplishment of this Item for subspecies of sales activity of the radioactive materials, devices and installations containing radioactive materials is not required. The contract for conducting individual radiation control of personnel is signed with the physical person or legal entity having the corresponding license in the field of use of atomic energy

9.	storages for radioactive materials, devices and installations on the property right or other legal causes	form of the data containing information on the technological bases, storages, specialized rooms, laboratories necessary for accomplishment of the declared works according to appendix 11 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy		for activities subspecies storage of the radioactive materials, devices and installations containing radioactive materials is required availability of own storage; if the devices containing radioactive materials do not require interim or temporary separate storage and reside on workplaces in use and reloadings, then accomplishment of this Item is not required
10.	documentation on carrying out maintenance and repair of the devices and installations containing radioactive materials	form of the data containing information on the service provision agreement with the physical person or legal entity having the corresponding license in the field of use of atomic energy according to appendix 7 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy; or in case of availability of own technician making maintenance and repairs of the devices and installations containing radioactive materials: form of the data containing information on the skilled list of specialists, technicians, workers according to appendix 1 to these qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities in the field of use of atomic energy		this Item belongs only to works on use of the medical devices and installations containing radioactive materials and the radio isotope customs equipment. Accomplishment of this Item is not required if the applicant is not owner and/or the asset holder of the devices and installations containing radioactive materials
