3. Activities of pawnshops are regulated by the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan (general part). The law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About banks and banking activity", "About National Bank of Tajikistan", "About pledges", and also regulations and other legal acts of National Bank of Tajikistan on the questions carried to its competence including this Provision.
4. Requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About banks and banking activity" are applied to pawnshops in full, except for those cases and features which are established for them by this Provision.
5. Pawnshops can accept as a deposit property only of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The pawnshop does not answer for obligations the state, is equal as the state does not answer for its obligations.
