About modification of Rules of forming of the unified state register of experimental testimonies of the project documentation of capital construction projects
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of forming of the unified state register of experimental testimonies of the project documentation of capital construction projects approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 24, 2017 No. 878 "About procedure for forming of the unified state register of experimental testimonies of the project documentation of capital construction projects and modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2007 No. 145" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 32, the Art. 5068).
2. To provide to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation till January 1, 2020 implementation of actions on development of the state information system "Unified State Register of Experimental Testimonies of the Project Documentation of Capital Construction Projects" taking into account the changes approved by this resolution.
3. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the number of staff of employees of central office of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
