In case of use of the rights based on the license agreement the term of the license shall not be less than 25 years, the license shall grant to the Russian licensee the right to independent enhancement, modification and expansion of licensed technologies with receipt of the rights to the changed technology without obligation of provision of the license for the changed technology for benefit of the licensor.

In case of storage of design and technical documentation in electronic form the legal entity shall provide its record, systematization, accumulating, storage, refining (updating, change) with use of the databases which are in the territory of the Russian Federation.

installation (installation) of transmission, including shaft of the drive and reducer (animator);

installation (installation) of the generator;

assembly of cooling system;

Observance of percentage cost portion of the used foreign steel plates (cast or shod products) in case of production of framework of gondola:

since April 1, 2019 no more than 40 percent of total quantity of plates;

since January 1, 2020 no more than 20 percent of total quantity of plates;

all other initial materials for production of framework of gondola can be foreign production.".
