1. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 12, 2018 No. 22 "About additional measures for enhancement of procedure for use of electrical energy and natural gas" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 1, the Art. 10) according to appendix.
2. Determine that in case of implementation of payment in advance for amounts of electrical energy (including active, reactive energy) and natural gas before entry into force of this resolution, the consumer is exempted from introduction of additional payments in case of change of rate for the term of no more next 12 months from the date of payment.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Industry together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, JSC Uzbekenergo and JSC Uzbekneftegaz to bring till May 15, 2019 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the offer on feasibility of further preserving the payment procedure for use of electrical energy and natural gas provided by this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development fuel and energy and key branches of the industry.
