About creation and functioning of branches of the educational organizations of the higher education of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Uzbekistan

The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by regulations of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on cooperation in the field of the higher education of July 27, 1995,

for the benefit of long-term cooperation and deepening of integration interaction in the field of the higher education,

for the purpose of improvement of quality of the training performed by the educational organizations of the higher education of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement concept "branch" means the isolated structural division of the educational organization of the higher education of the Russian Federation (further - the educational organization) located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and providing implementation of educational activities taking into account the level, type and orientation of educational programs according to the legislation of the states of the Parties.

Action of this agreement extends including to the branches created and functioning in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the time of the conclusion of this agreement.

Article 2

The branch is created and liquidated according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan taking into account the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The branch acts on the basis of the Charter the educational organization and the regulations on branch approved by the educational organization.

Article 3

Educational activities in branch are performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
