For the purpose of determination of payment terms of work of the employees of the Public judicial and expert service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic who are not belonging to the category of government employees according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of April 6, 2015 No. 197 the following changes:

- in the paragraph the second Item 1 of figure "23-1" to replace with figures "23-2";

- add with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. Grant the right to the head of the Public judicial and expert service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to establish percentage allowances to official pay rate of court experts for availability of qualification category:

- the highest category - 20 percent;

- the first category - 10 percent.";

- add with Item 7-1 of the following content:
