Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of assessment of requests, final offers of procurement participants of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1085 "About approval of Rules of assessment of requests, final offers of procurement participants of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 49, Art. 6428; 2016, No. 13, Art. 1824; No. 44, Art. 6137; No. 47, Art. 6661; 2019, No. 5, Art. 387; No. 10, Art. 967).

2. The changes approved by this resolution do not extend to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases about day of entry into force of this resolution or invitations to take part in which are sent about day of entry into force of this resolution.
